Sales Reps - Setters and/or Closers

I own an online sales consulting business that helps online coaches and agency owners build sales teams to multi 6 and 7-figures.

I’ve created and led two 7-figure sales teams (so far), taken 1000’s of sales calls and driven millions in revenue.

My mission is to help salespeople and online business owners sell with certainty.

Our current team is small but essential in helping me run and scale our company. Every position is critical and everyone's input is valued.

We are currently looking to hire Appointment Setters and Closers.

As SCmentoring, we aim for a healthy, supportive and collaborative work culture. Many sales reps that I’ve trained have little, direct sales experience, and/or a college degree in a separate industry but are extremely driven, coachable and hungry to succeed.

➡️ Results-Driven. This is a performance-based role. You're driven to achieve monthly KPIs and are efficient in doing so. Getting things done on time is a breeze for you.

➡️ Excellent Communication Skills & Coachable. There is a learning curve when you join our company as a Setter and/or Closer. You must be open to receiving feedback, able to ask for help, and are ego-less when it comes to the above. Salty know-it-alls need not apply.

➡️ VERY organized and detail-oriented. We want YOU to be able to give us organizational advice on our sales systems and processes. 

➡️ Interested in personal growth and development. You have no interest in learning about new marketing strategies or studying what is working in today's market.

➡️ Self-directed. You’ll have plenty of freedom and flexibility in this role. Getting the job done, meeting deadlines and doing it without a ton of supervision is a necessity. If this isn't how you operate, we won't be a match.

➡️ No-excuse mentality. We all have busy personal lives, families, kids etc. - life will never not be busy, but I provide a ton of flexibility so not meeting deadlines will never be acceptable no matter the circumstance.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, enrolling and nurturing new clients into our signature training program.

This means:
- Connecting with prospective clients who express interest in our online marketing education
- Leading consultation calls with clients to assess their interest in our services
- Booking appointments for clients with our Sales reps
- Maintaining detailed notes of consultations and communicating with the sales team lead
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals within 30, 60 and 90-day markers
- Handle defaults and refunds; you’re responsible for your client's customer satisfaction
